The MTG Tortilla Machine allows you to make up to 300 tortillas per hour or even more depending on the agility of the user and if you have where warm tortillas on high volume. This machine has two (2) cutters included. You can use from corn flour there are a few brands like Maseca, Nixtamal, etc. We know from other applications such as cookies, dough sheeted, fondant, pies, pastry, clay tester, etc. This machine is the only one on its kind where you can change up to 6 different cutter sizes. It includes two (2) cutters. Another advantage of this machine is that we sell all components separately, so you can keep peace of mind for your investment just send us an email with your needs and we will reply within 24 hours to take your order. To change the cutting blade it is pretty easy. There is a leveler/handle to the left side of the cutting blade. Press down and the blade will come off. Place the new cutter while pressing the leveler down, and release once the new blade is in place. This is a mechanical tortilla press and it does have instructions included.
